Tour invitation

For Children’s House (CH), tours are subject to availability. If a spot is open, you’ll be invited to a tour.

If not, your family will be placed on our waitlist and notified when a space becomes available.

Admission offer

If an offer of admission is extended for Children’s House, your family will have up to one day to accept.

This ensures your child’s spot is reserved and our team can warmly welcome you into the Ashwood Glen community.

Confirmation of enrolment

Should you choose to enroll, our office will be in touch with you directly to complete the required paperwork, guide you through the final steps, and officially confirm your child’s place in our school community.

Book a tour

Your family will be invited to tour our campus, explore classrooms, and experience the learning environment firsthand.

During your visit, our admissions team will share more about the International Baccalaureate (IB) Programme and explain how the curriculum helps students grow in confidence and develop future-ready skills.

Student interview

As part of the admissions process, Ashwood Glen conducts a student assessment to better understand each applicant’s academic readiness, learning style, and developmental needs.

The assessment provides insight into core areas such as literacy, numeracy, and problem-solving, while also observing social and emotional readiness. This ensures the right placement, a smooth transition, and a learning journey tailored to each child’s strengths.

Post interview

After the interview, our admissions office will connect with your family to share the admissions decision. If an offer of admission is extended, your family will have two days to accept.

Once accepted, you’ll then have five business days to confirm by submitting the deposit—securing your child’s place in the Ashwood Glen’s IB programme.
